Every 3 to 4 months our menu is adjusted to coincide with the seasonal availibility of produce.

Starters € 9,75

Smoked salmon, with asparagus and a crispy egg

Tatar of scallops and smoked eel, mayonnaise with szechuan pepper

Mozzarella, with caponata and dried tomatoes

Carpaccio, marinated beef with pesto and old cheese

Pastrami of lamb, with an olivetapenade Provence style

Marbré of foie gras, veal and apricots poached in moscatel

Creamy lobster soup, with crayfish

Consommé of veal, with madera and tarragon

Portobello mushroom, with goat`s cheese, salad of young spinach and garlic

Filet of turbot, gratinated with breadcrumbs brandade with smoked eel and a red wine sauce

 Ravioli of seabass, with red pepper and basil

Lobster risotto, with a half lobster sauted with parsley and garlic (annex € 4,00)

Chicken, with a mushroom sauce

Leg of lamb, grilled zucchini, sauce of dry sherry

Entrecôte of veal, with shii-take mushrooms and a rosemary sauce

Beef teriyaki, grilled rib-eye steak, prepared in the Japanese way

Tenderloin of Scottisch beef, with a sauce of oxtail and green peppers (annex € 4,00)

(With the main courses you can order french fries à € 3,50)

Crème bruleé, caramalized vanilla cream

Soup of mango, served with a pie of strawberries and rhubarb

Apricot pie, with raspberry sorbet

Chocolat mousse, of pure caraïbe chocolat and vanilla cream
